We process these meats in a separate department where the pork, beef, chicken, lamb or veal is processed into strips or chunks. If required, we can produce strips using a specific herb or spice recipe. All products are then packaged and IQF frozen. This fast-freeze technique preserves the meat's natural taste and quality.
