Van Ruiten Food produces meat products, convenience and lifestyle products by employing a variety of cutting, shaping, marinating, bread-crumbing and coating processes. We can cater to a wide range of requirements within our production process.

Various aspects of the production process


Cutting and Portions: Van Ruiten Food slices meat by machine to exact weights and portion sizes. Marinades: We use customer-supplied recipes. Freezing: Our freezing techniques include the use of spiral freezers. Products are passed through spiral freezers immediately after production achieving the highest IQF results. Shapes: we have various pieces of equipment for cutting ground meat mix into a variety of shapes.
